Who can join

Open to existing clients who have been using Compounding AI Chat for at least 3 months.

You may submit as an individual or as a team, but only one entry per pharmacy per contract year is allowed.

What to record

Who you are, your role, and the name of your pharmacy

Answer these questions - what specific challenge or pain point were you trying to solve when you started using Pharmacy Compounding AI and how has Pharmacy Compounding AI helped resolve this?

Video Requirements

Record a 30-60 second video in landscape orientation (horizontal).

Make sure audio is clear and background is quiet.

Ensure your face(s) are clearly visible and the environment is well-lit.

Restrictions

No background music or copyrighted audio – videos must use only original audio or your natural voice.

No offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory language or visuals – content must remain professional and respectful.

No confidential patient information – avoid showing prescription labels, patient records, or any private data.

Must be filmed in a professional setting – preferably in your pharmacy or lab, not in unrelated or casual locations.

No logos or branding from competitors – only your pharmacy and PharmacyCompounding.AI branding may appear.

Submission & Usage

Upload to Google Drive and share the download link with us via email: support@pharmacycompounding.ai

By submitting, you grant PharmacyCompounding.AI full ownership and rights to use, edit, publish, and distribute the video across all platforms, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Submission Close Date

Submission starts on your 4th month—once approved, your free month is applied to the next billing cycle.
